SSG Construction and Fabrication is a family owned and operated plant hire business based in Gladstone, Queensland. Established in 2011 by husband and wife Steve and Stacey Gray, and specialising in, smaller to medium projects that require a wide range of skillsets including civil and steel constructions from Rockhampton to Bundaberg. Between Steve and Stacey, they offer the business over 25 years of industry knowledge and experience.

We’re are not here to make a quick buck, we are just good ‘blokes’ that want to do a good job. We are happy to work weekends and are prepared to work as early or as late as it takes to get your project done on time.

We are extremely committed to ensuring a safe work environment. All our machines are regularly maintained and well-serviced. Our expert drivers are well trained and licensed to use all machinery. Our operators have also completed CM3 Contractor Prequalification’s in Occupational Health and Safety and Workplace Health and Safety to ensure the safest workplace possible.

We are a market leader in earthmoving and welding services, always producing work above industry standards. We have a fleet of late model equipment for hire and have highly experienced operators that can tackle any welding, metal fabrication, earthworks, construction, or small demolition job.
